My friend sent this e-mail to me, and I thought you'd enjoy. LMAO. Could you even THINK about doing one or two of these a day? LMAO...
Subject: Healthy insanity
Thought these were funny.
20 WAYS TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY LEVEL OF INSANITY
1. At lunch time, sit in your parked car with
sunglasses on and point a hair dryer at passing cars. See if they slow down.
2. Page yourself over the intercom. Don't disguise
your voice.
3. Every time someone asks you to do something, ask if
they want fries with that.
4. Put your garbage can on your desk and label it
"In."
5. Put decaf in the coffee maker for 3 weeks. Once
everyone has gotten over their caffeine addictions,
switch to Espresso.
6. In the memo field of all your checks, write "For
sexual favors"
7. Finish all your sentences with, "in accordance with
the prophecy."
8. Don't use any punctuation
9. As often as possible, skip rather than walk.
10. Ask people what sex they are. Laugh hysterically
after they answer.
11. Specify that your drive-through order is "To go."
12. Sing along at the opera.
13. Go to a poetry recital and ask why the poems don't
rhyme
14. Put mosquito netting around your work area and
play tropical sounds all day.
15. Five days in advance, tell your friends you can't
attend their party because you're not in the mood.
16. Have your coworkers address you by your wrestling
name, Rock Hard.
17. When the money comes out of the ATM, scream "I
won! I won!"
18. When leaving the zoo, start running towards the
parking lot yelling, "Run for your lives, they're
loose!!"
19. Tell your children over dinner, "Due to the
economy, we are going to have to let one of you go."
And the final way to keep a healthy level of
insanity.......
20. Send this E-mail to someone to make them
smile........ it's called therapy.

*El-Mercado*
Hey guys!! I had an awesome time this weekend! I hung out with my family most of the time. We took a trip to San Anton. yesterday and had a blast. We went to the Market first and had a good time there trying on Mexican Hats, and looking at all the imports, and then we had lunch at La-Margarita. Oh man, I swear it was sooo good. I had the plate called El Favorito. One Ch. Enchilada, one Tamale, One Crispy Taco, Rice, Beans and Queso on the side. Mmmmmmm...and I was just enjoying the atmosphere with the mariachis walking around playing their songs. It was very nice.
The we headed off to the *Riverwalk* to walk off all the food that we had eaten. It was Hoooot. But we were mostly in the AC when we found the Mall..lol. So, after about 2 hours of looking around the mall we decided to call it quits for the day. The kids were tired, and all they wanted was a Sno Cone.
Hey, do all of you know what a Sno Cone is? Please tell me you do.... Cause when we got to the line where the Sno Cone's were there were some people behind us..(obviously tourists from out of state) and the husband asked..."What are these, honey?" She answered "I don't know sweetheart...it looks like crushed ice with some type of flavored juice put in it. It looks really good though! Just something cold would be really nice right now..." My jaw just dropped. They must've been from Alaska or something...I don't know..lol. I'll post some pic's of yesterday up in a bit.

"S.E.X."
What's the big deal about talking about s.e.x to teenagers? I mean, my little brother is 12 and he got a freakin' book about it last year! Man, they're giving books about it away at school! You know what though? I'm GLAD that they're talking to kids about it now-a-days. It's just a step that the schools are taking in order to prevent early pregnancies. I know that it seems a bit too early for them to learn these things at that age, but I didn't get "the talk" from my Mom 'til I was like 16...and by that time I had already lost my virginity. Too little too late.
My little brother has sooo many questions about it all, and I'm absolutely happy to give him the information my Mom thinks is just too delicate to talk about. Blah...whatever. It's 2005, and she still thinks that we're in the 60's. So Sad. But I'm only giving him the information that i think is good for him to hear. S.T.D.'s and what you have to go through when you're pregnant, and the after affects of having a baby.
In other words, I'm scaring the hell out of him..haha.
They had them doing this budget project at school where they picked out a career from a hat, and had to deal with the average salary of that career. He picked a Janitor..LMAO. And he bought a Mustang. LOL. He had to ask Mom for 3 dollars to pay his light bill..LMAO. It was funny. I think things like this should definitely be taught. It's all a learning process...but the sooner you learn these things the easier it is when you start living in the real world.

Calmate Manda
Breaking up sucks!! You know?! I mean do you remember back in the day when you would get the butterflies, and sick to your stomach because you knew that you were going to see that certain person? Your boyfriend/girlfriend? How everything was fine until you realized that things were starting to change? Relationships suck. I mean, it almost always turns out that someone in the relationship is going to get hurt. Whether it's you or the one you're dating. I mean why can't things just be more simple? No one gets hurt?
I guess you really wouldn't be able to love either if you took the hurt away, huh? In a weird way it makes sense. Your heart hurts when you haven't gotten a call from the one you love in a while, but then if feels sooo good when you finally get to hear their voice that it only makes you love them more. Or when they leave with their family on a trip and you're aching to just touch them and hug them and hold them, that when they finally get back you're emotionally drained from missing them so much. Feelings are weird. But I know one thing...
You can't let your feelings live your life for you. I mean, if I were to let my feelings lead every single decision that I'd made, I'd probably have a kajillion kids, been married 10 times, and put in prison. (ignore that last one)
For real though! LOL. I've learned this after several years of being in the situation that I'm in. I mean, I've made sooo many bad decisions on just following my feelings instead of being just a bit more logical. It's normal to not be happy sometimes. But it's not normal to be miserable all the time. I do believe that the decisions you make now are going to affect your future. But you know...I didn't know that until I went through all the CRAP that I've gone through already! It's like I hear people say all the time, "The older, the wiser." Blah.
I'm gonna write a book. Title: The Older Are Wiser
Subject: Everything you need to know about Relationships.
More like a How-To Guide. Or a How-Not-To Guide. LOL. I'm an idiot, I know...but it's funny. I wish my Mom had given me a book like this 10 years ago....

Recap
Hey guys!! Have I told you lately that I am just feeling like I'm floating in the sky on cloud 9! I do..I feel just absolutely wonderful! My life is good right now. Knowing that I have such wonderful family like Laurie. I love her soo much!! We had a blast Friday, and you can read more about it at her site. I will tell you though...
I got thrown out of my house because of her!! LMAO. I stood my ground...I love her and haven't seen her in a while, and NOBODY is going to keep me from my family. Blood is thicker than water, dude. I don't care if you're about to blow a gasket...we're just going to have DINNER...GEEEEZZZ!! So, when I got home, I got thrown out....and I got some clothes ready, but when I tried to leave he wouldn't let me..Blah. So, I stayed my happy little rear there because I had a wonderful time with my cuz and I don't think anything could've gotten me down. Thrown out....can you believe that! Whatever.. I think next time I go out with her I'll have to wear a wire so he can hear everything we talk about..lmao. psycho...
Another thing... I have to be really quiet, cause I'm waiting to hear from a person that might be hiring me soon...hehehe...I'm sooo excited!! I'll be on call 24-7...but it's just a 40 hour a week job..same as now. But you know...if I get a call at midnight....duty calls. Gotta go! Hehe. I'm keeping my fingers crossed! You keep yours crossed for me, k!
Anyway, I'll holler at y'all sometime soon.. Have a Wonderful Weekend!!

Hi Guys!
Hi guys! I finally got a few minutes to sit here and give you a little update on all that's going on in my life. I have had a wonderful few weeks.
My children are doing awesome! My Daughter is going to perform once again in the square this weekend and she's really excited. She actually made the front page of our small town's newspaper! hehe. She looked soooo cute. I had to cut that one out and put it in her scrapbook. I love that kinda stuff. blah...I'm a Mommy...sue me...
My son is awesome! He's got 3 more games for his baseball season to come to an end, and then it's back to normal routine for us. Whew...I tell you...it's been really crazy with our scheduling. Practices and games, and performances and what not. But thank goodness it's gonna slow down for a while after the baseball season cause I don't think I could take another month of this. You know what though?? I haven't had to do as much cooking! Hehe..so that part I'll miss. I actually had a break for a while.
I've lost a few more pounds, and I'm feeling great! I just wish that I could keep it up. The temptations are out there and it kills me when my kids ask for a donut in the morning! That's their special treat for doing good in their performances and all. I'm not fond of feeding my children sugar in the morning, but here and there it's alright.
My 10 year High School Reunion is coming up. BLAH. 10 years people!! 10 years!! I feel so old. And the sad part is when I talk about High School it's like it was just last year. LOL. I need to get in touch with a few of my friends to see if they're gonna be able to make it.
OH! And My Favoritist Cuzin in the Whole Wide World, Laurie, is coming down to visit!! And we've got a DATE! Woo hoo!! Hehe. I'm so excited! I always have a really good time with her ..she's awesome. We have plans to have dinner, and then go to Fiesta-Gardens in Austin to see Eddie G. (Tejano music). I think we'll have an awesome time.
One last thing and I'll stop boring you with my life. For the first time in my life I've met someone from on-line personally. They were very nice, and we met in a really busy restaurant so it was totally kewl. I had a very nice lunch with them. I tried to set them up with my friend, and it just didn't work...oh well. Serves me right for trying to play match-maker..hehe.
Well, it felt really good to post an update, but I gotta go now :(... I hope you guys are doing well, and I'll try to visit y'all soon, k?! Lots of Love and Kisses!!! xoxoxoxoxoxo...
