Take a look at this! My camera phone did pretty good! LOL. That's all I have at the moment, but I'm believing that I will have a new Digital Camera for my Birthday! ::sigh:: I really want one. But, for now I think my little phones really trying to keep up with me. LOL.

Our fireworks got cancelled in Lockhart, so we ended up gettin' to see the ones that were rescheduled in San Marcos! Did I tell you that I loooove San Marcos?! :)

I just found something out. My Daughter, who is 7 is allergic to Yellow-Jacket Stings! This Tuesday, we were hangin’ out at the Park waiting for the fireworks to start (which got rained out) and she got stung right behind her right ear. She screamed bloody murder! Poor Baby. Anyway, I iced it down really quickly so there wasn’t any swelling. Kudos for Mommy!

Well, then yesterday she woke up and her ear was sticking straight out! It was bright red, and a little swollen. So, I gave her some benadryl and motrin for the pain. I checked it again once I got home, and it was about the same..a little bigger and hard!

So, this morning I get to work and I call the doctor to make an appointment. Is that too paranoid? The only reason that I made the appointment is because when I talked to her this morning, she said that she could hardly hear out of that ear. I’m so worried. I don’t know what to do. I just hope that there hasn’t been any permanent damage done.

In a way though I’m glad that she got stung because now I know that she’s allergic to them. She’s also allergic to Mosquito bites. She gets huge welts when a mosquito gets to her. Crazy. My poor baby…I’ll let you know how it turns out.
